Cookie Policy
Last updated:
This Cookie Policy explains how MOVELLO, S.L. ("Movello", "we") uses cookies and similar technologies on gomovello.com, its subdomains and the Movello platform, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services ("LSSI"), Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR"), and the Spanish Data Protection Agency's Guide on the use of cookies (updated July 2023).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They allow the site to remember information about your visit — for example, that you are logged in, or which language you chose. "Similar technologies" include local storage, pixels and software development kits that store or read information on your device. In this policy we call them all "cookies".
Cookies may be:
First-party — set by Movello — or third-party — set by another company whose service we use;
Session — deleted when you close your browser — or persistent — kept for a set period.
2. Your choice
We do not install any cookie that requires your consent until you have given it.
When you first visit the Website, a banner lets you Accept all, Reject all or Configure your choice by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. If you reject, or simply close the banner, only strictly necessary cookies are used, and the Website continues to work.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
We keep a record of your choice and ask you again every 12 months, or sooner if the cookies we use change materially.
3. The cookies we use
3.1 Strictly necessary — no consent required
These cookies are essential to provide a service you have requested — for example, to keep you logged in, keep your account secure, remember your cookie choices, and balance traffic. They are exempt from consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the Website will stop working.
3.2 Preference — no consent required when you set them yourself
These remember choices you make, such as language or display settings. When they only store a choice you made yourself, they do not require consent and are not used for any other purpose.
3.3 Analytics — only with your consent
These help us understand, in aggregated form, how visitors use the Website — which pages are visited and where navigation fails — so that we can improve it.
3.4 Marketing — only with your consent
These measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and, where you have agreed, allow third-party platforms to show you relevant Movello advertising elsewhere.
We never use cookies to profile you on the basis of the content of your immigration case. Cookies on the logged-in platform are limited to strictly necessary and preference cookies.

5. Third-party cookies and international transfers
Some providers listed above may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by an adequacy decision — including the EU–US Data Privacy Framework for certified US companies — or by Standard Contractual Clauses. You can find more information in each provider's own privacy policy:
Google: policies.google.com/privacy
LinkedIn: linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy
6. Managing cookies in your browser
In addition to our "Cookie settings" panel, you can delete or block cookies through your browser settings:
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the Website from working properly.
7. Your rights
Where cookies involve the processing of personal data, you have the rights described in section 8 of our Privacy Policy, and you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Changes
We will update this policy when the cookies we use change. If the change requires new consent, we will ask for it again through the banner.
